National Report
This report is Foresight’s outlook on the U.S. economy, capital markets, and major real estate property types. Property sectors covered include single and multifamily residential markets, and office, industrial and retail markets. The National Report is produced and released in conjunction with our Market Sector Reports on a quarterly basis.

Market Sector Reports
Foresight Analytics produces a set of six Market Sector Reports — on the economy, demographics, residential, office, industrial and retail markets — for major U.S. metropolitan areas. These reports combine data and analysis with projections of market trends, including vacancy rates and rent growth. The economic and demographic projections are incorporated into Foresight’s model that is used to forecast demand for residential and commercial real estate. The reports are updated and published on a quarterly basis.

Bank Lending Report
Foresight Analytics’ Bank Lending Report combines institution-level data with peer group and market statistics, to yield a unique perspective on real estate lending activity and loan delinquencies. The report features our proprietary market-level loan performance data and forecasts, as well as institution-level attribution analysis. Data Access
Time series and point data from Foresight’s economic and real estate market databases can be downloaded by retainer clients through at database query or via spreadsheet. Clients can select variables as needed and perform additional analysis of their own. Comparative statistics for peer groups and the nation are available as well, to assist clients with gaining additional perspective on market trends.

Custom Projects
Foresight Analytics also assists clients with specific research needs by preparing custom analysis to help answer particular questions or respond to a specific need. The nature and cost of these projects varies according to project scope.
